Description

Smart Bodyshop T/A Fix Auto Basingstoke are expanding so we are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team.
Hours – Part Time, 20 hours per week. With flexibility about the days worked each week.
This role provides support and assistance in the running of an Accident Repair Centre.
The ideal candidate will have experience of accounts. Although the role will be responsible for creating and maintaining the accounts processes, you will be required to assist with other office and reception duties from time to time.

The successful candidate will:

  • have experience of accounts: sales, and purchase ledgers, reconciliations and credit control and experience of Xero;
  • be detail orientated;
  • be able to work as part of a small team but equally able to work on their own;
  • have good communication skills;
  • possess good IT skills and be willing to learn new systems;
  • have a high level of personal and professional integrity.
