JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our hotel team, working fully onsite and supporting operations across matchdays and events. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and smooth day-to-day processes.

• Produce accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor costs, review F&B margins, and support revenue forecasting.
• Manage purchase orders (iPos), sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll, and business control tasks.
• Liaise with the Group Finance Team on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support team communication, attend operational meetings, and share financial updates.
