As a result of this growth, we are looking for a Finance Assistant Intern, to join our Finance team based in Milan.
The role

The Finance Assistant Intern role will cover a wide range of administrative and back office tasks, playing a vital role in supporting the team:

  • Manage email inbox and proactively deal with queries and provide responses to our colleagues and customers
  • Process all invoices in a timely manner and ensure coding is correct at the time of entry
  • Resolve any payment queries with customers
  • Manage priorities and deadlines effectively to ensure an efficient working process
  • Assist the Finance Team when required, for example at month end or during periods of absence
  • Check that payments have been received and process each case accordingly
  • Perform regular reports on Excel
