• Assist in Month-end closing preparation and reporting
• Preparing monthly balance sheet recon and Intercompany accounts reconciliation
• Preparation of Daily Sales Report for management review along with weekly submission in Comshare
• Bank Beneficiary Reconciliation
• Weekly preparation of Cash flow analysis and forecasting
• Monthly preparation of Balance sheet reconciliation
• Accruals and provisions reconciliation on monthly basis
• Prepayment reconciliation on monthly basis
• Preparing for year-end group and statutory reporting
• Bad debts provision calculation on a weekly basis
• Stock provision calculation on a weekly basis
• Coordinating with other departments as necessary
• Participating in Annual physical Stock count & annual physical fixed asset verification for audit purposes
• Provide administrative support to the finance team and Participate in the annual audit
• Preparing data for credit limit application as & when needed
• Updating Fixed Asset register whenever new asset are added, ensuring proper documentation is maintained
• Assisting in preparation of supporting documents for Statutory filings like VAT, ICV, Corporate Tax & likewise
  2 to 3+ years of work experience.
  Bachelors or Master’s degree in accountancy/ Finance preferred
