Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Assistant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a finance role, particularly in accounts payable/receivable or as a finance assistant, to take on a more advanced position within a dynamic and growing company.
The ideal candidate will be a key member of the finance team, taking on a varied range of tasks and responsibilities. There will also be opportunities to grow into more complex financial processes, such as month-end and financial reporting. This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their career further and take on additional responsibilities over time.
Most of the finance team is based in Dubai, so strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager (based in Dubai) and working closely with the CEO (based in Manchester). You must be comfortable managing your time efficiently, handling ad-hoc requests, and supporting non-finance team members with general queries (including but not limited to VAT questions, payment requests, payslip inquiries, and company car queries).
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, resilient, and eager to grow within a finance team. You will get out of this role what you put into it, and there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility as you progress.
