Role Overview The Finance Assistant will support all departmental activities under the guidance of the Finance Department, ensuring accurate financial operations and contributing to the achievement of long-term departmental goals. The role requires close collaboration with property teams, accurate recording of financial transactions, and support in both daily and month-end processes. Key Accountabilities Check daily closure statements and cashiers of properties, ensuring compliance with Finance H.O. procedures and guidelines. Comm unicate effectively with reception teams regarding error corrections in daily closures and cashiers. Register all expense invoices into the ERP system, ensuring correct P&L classification under appropriate expense codes as per Finance H.O instructions. Record accounting entries and reconcile all bank accounts. Reconcile open amounts due to suppliers on a monthly basis. Maintain clear, organized, and easily accessible financial records. Support matters related to ESPA and company development projects, including preparation of files, posting entries, and printing documents. Handle all external accounting services, liaising with authorities such as Tax Office, IKA, and local municipalities as required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP-based financial operations; experience in hospitality is considered an asset. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and experience with bank and supplier reconciliations. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and solid MS Excel skills. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under supervision while meeting deadlines. Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken). Candidate’s Profile Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to accurate record-keeping. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with property and finance teams. Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to learn and follow established procedures. Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
