    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations and helping to maintain accuracy of the financial records. This hours could be split over 3-5 days, with flexibility for the right individual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, customer and supplier accounts.
  • Support with month-end close activities and preparation of financial data.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Respond to queries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
  • Help streamline financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
