ABOUT ALMOND CARE

Almond Care is a leading provider of homecare services for individuals with complex healthcare needs, look after children and supported living. We are seeking a part time finance assist to work 8 to 12 hours per week, in the finance team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-year minimum experience working within a financial environment
  • Experience with purchase ledgers and accounts payable
  • Have an understanding of credit control
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Packages
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

As a Finance Assistant, you will be:

  • Processing Invoices
  • Creating and allocating invoices
  • Reconciling expenses through budgets
  • Reconciling Expenditure
  • Processing receipts
  • Assisting with payroll preparation
  • Work alongside our existing team
  • Helping to ensure that our accounts are managed efficiently.
