We are recruiting this post to work in our expanding Payroll and Pensions department and by extension support the 30,000 children we make a difference to every day. As a prospective Finance Assistant, you should have exceptional attention to detail, an excellent aptitude for numbers, good organisational skills, and be a confident communicator. Key Features / Benefits: Salary Band: £27,254 - £28,142 with annual increments plus inflation linked increases every April. The starting salary will be dependent on experience. Pension: An increasingly rare and valuable defined benefit Local Government Pension Scheme Holidays: 26 days plus bank holidays (this increases with length of service) Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours Monday to Friday.
