ABOUT THE ROLE: -

This role includes preparing sales invoices for clients, credit control of clients’ accounts, statutory reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparation of paperwork, and assisting with telephone enquiries relating to clients’ accounts as well as external enquiries.
Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail are crucial in this role.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities across all aspects of the business:
· Purchase invoice processing, including monitoring coding, cost allocations and approvals in line with company policy
· Assisting the business with invoice related queries and monitoring approval workflows
· Assistance in related prepayments and accruals
· Involvement in system upgrades and process improvements
· Preparing supplier payments
· Assisting with sales invoicing posting and liaising with Account Managers to resolve related queries
· Bank reconciliations
· Handling supplier queries and setting up of accounts.
· Support with year-end audit
