We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team as a Finance Assistant at our Ireland office located in Bray Co. Wicklow on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, the successful candidate will leverage their previous finance experience and meticulous attention to detail to assist within our finance department. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to develop their skills and advance their experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Previous experience within a fast-paced Finance Department.
· Good understanding of Finance Principles/Terminology.
· Consistent, organised and methodical approach to work with excellent time management skills.
· High degree of attention to detail and accuracy with a proactive approach to problem solving.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships.
· Ability to prioritise workload – to include daily/weekly/monthly cycles.
· Computer literacy - Microsoft Office (Inc. Excel).
· Previous experience of working with SAP B1 or a similar system would be advantageous.
· Solid team player.
· Ability to work on own initiative.
· A positive attitude to all aspects of the role.
· Must demonstrate personal values that are aligned with Swagelok Company Values.
· Drive efficiencies throughout the department where possible.
Working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ownership of the accounts department inbox.
· Accounts receivable banking allocation.
· Maintain all Customer portals, ensuring input on a timely manner.
· Maintain credit card spreadsheets.
· Daily sales invoicing/monthly statements.
· Other finance support and duties as required.

OTHER DUTIES

· Apply Swagelok, and where appropriate Client Company’s, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Safety Management Systems.
· Comply with company policies and procedures.
