IASME is a cyber security certification company based in the beautiful Malvern Hills, with offices in Belfast and Dalgety Bay, near Edinburgh. We work with over 900 cyber security experts to help organisations improve and show their cyber security. We also certify connected devices and ships of all sizes around the world. Through the Civil Aviation Authority’s ASSURE scheme, we help the aviation industry manage their cyber security risks.

This role offers a mix of working from home and in the office. You will need to come to our Malvern office at least one day a week (Tuesday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain multiple bank accounts, verifying and posting transactions.
  • Process customer invoices and payments.
  • Process supplier invoices and payments.
  • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and accounts receivable ageing report.
  • Handle document and file administration.
  • Respond to customer and supplier enquiries.
  • Manage supplier accounts.
  • Assist with our 4-working-day monthly accounts turnaround.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting duties as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required by the business.

Competencies and skills required:

  • Excellent general administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS systems such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with accounts software, such as Intuit QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Process-driven mindset with some understanding of system integration.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and an analytical approach.
  • Strong communication and literacy skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar finance role (desired but not essential).
