Job Details Position Title Finance Assistant Reports to Finance Manager Division Finance Grade Department Finance Job Purpose To ensure accurate and efficient handling of daily financial transactions, including cash, cheque, and foreign currency operations, along with maintaining proper records, processing payments, and supporting administrative and reporting functions. Functional Accountabilities Area of Contribution Key Activities Financial Process Responsible for handling every day for cash and cheque for deposit Filling payment vouchers and duty free sheets Visting post office in a weekly basis Responsible for handling cheques payment and transfer for signature Foreign currency transactions Record keeping and reporting Transaction processing scan items process returns and exchanges and issue receipts Customer and Reporting Communication & Working Relationships Internal Reporting Managers and Supervisors of Departments Reasons for Interaction Regarding Verification of Documents and Ground Handling Operations External Police, Customs and suppliers Reasons for Interaction To Verify goods and FTI items for custom clearance process for a smooth operation Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Qualifications Educational Qualifications Minimum intermediate standard education required. Professional Qualifications knowledge of excel and software. UAE valid driving license. English, and Arabic speaker. EXPERIENCE Required Experience Other Requirements- Safety accountability and responsibilities All staff has the following safety responsibilities and is accountable to their supervisor(s) and Head of Department: To comply with the relevant safety requirements and procedures outlined in the Aerodrome Operations Manual and Safety Management System and any other instructions or notices issued by Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. To comply with the safety requirements detailed within their training. To advise their Head of Department and the Airport Duty Officer team of any safety occurrence or system failure and to identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern affecting safety via one of the following means. Report directly to the Safety Department or an immediate supervisor. Submitting an Accident/ Incident Report. Support safety audits as and investigations as they occur.
