The ideal candidate should be accurate, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial reports and documents Monitor and record daily transactions Process invoices, reimbursements, and payments Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Assist with budgeting and expense tracking Reconcile bank statements and accounts Support payroll and procurement processes Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial concerns Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field At least 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of basic accounting principles Experience with accounting or finance software is an advantage Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
