We are on the lookout for a Finance Assistant who would be able to help with our accounts payable and receivable functions. This is a hybrid role with three days in our office near Farrington and two days remote. Responsibilities: Managing the accounts inbox Process supplier invoices, staff expenses, and payments in line with company policies Prepare and post journal entries to the accounting system Dealing with customer and supplier queries Performing bank reconciliations Performing customer and supplier reconciliations Processing and reconciling credit card expenses Assisting with the weekly payment run and processing any ad-hoc payments Process transactions efficiently Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries Process credits and rebilling as needed Upload invoices to clients' portals Complete clients' onboarding forms Provide general administrative support to the finance team Previous proven Credit control/ Accounts receivable experience preferred Previous Accounts Payable/Purchase ledger experience desired, but not essential Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) is desirable Experience working with B2B clients Effective problem-solving abilities and strong organisational skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential Ability to manage your own workload and work under pressure Experience posting journals Experience of working within a multi-currency environment Strong customer service and communication skills Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles 24 days annual leave rising to 29 days Enhanced parental leave Medicash (Health Cash Plans) Wellness Days Birthday day off Employee assistance program Travel loan scheme Charity days Breakfast provided Social Events throughout the year Hybrid Working EGR Global is part of With Intelligence, based at One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EA.
