Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description Prepare month-end & year-end closing journals Compile financial reports for management in accordance to policies & procedures Ensure bank sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely and accurate manner Check daily bank statements for abnormalities Prepare quarterly GST submission Manage Corporate tax compilation and submission, ensure accurate payment is made Attend to Corporate queries and requests Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedures Interview, select and recruit direct reports Identify and develop team members with potential Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise Constantly monitor team members performance, attitude and degree of professionalism Prepare detailed induction programs for new employees Develop, conduct and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business Job-Category: Finance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
