Are you detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn the building blocks of finance in a fast-moving company? We’re looking for a Finance Associate to support our finance operations and work alongside both internal stakeholders and external partners.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to grow in a collaborative, international and tech-driven environment. You’ll get involved in day-to-day financial processes and contribute the foundations that keep the business running.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 year(s) of experience in finance, AP or GL accounting
• Native or fluent proficiency in Hungarian is a must
• Strong attention to detail and an organized mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced, international and changing environment
• A get-things-done mindset and collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written - it will be used on a daily basis
• Self motivated and independent thinker who can deliver in a remote environment

• Populate data and create reports for audits
• Assist with data entry and spreadsheet preparation for reports and controls
• Review expense reports and check compliance
• Handle vendor-related queries
• Perform basic data validation, reconciliation
• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams and external accountants
• Prepare financial documentation, maintain internal trackers
• Help streamline processes and bring structure to recurring workflows
• Get involved in automation projects and ad hoc work and collaboration as needed
