About Job As a Finance Associate at Growfin.ai, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance team with core finance operations, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance activities. Skills & Qualification CA / CMA Qualified with strong academic background Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and compliance Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets High attention to detail and structured working style Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment Exposure to SaaS metrics like ARR, MRR, churn, retention (nice to have) Familiarity with accounting tools (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Netsuite or similar) (nice to have) Internship experience in Finance, or Audit (nice to have) Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyzing financial data and identifying trends and variances to inform business decisions Support variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring that financial projections are accurate and aligned with business goals Perform revenue and cost analysis, especially in a SaaS model (ARR/MRR insights), providing actionable insights to inform business strategy and drive growth Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, and company-level filings, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits, ensuring that all audit requirements are met and that audit findings are addressed Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date Maintain accurate financial records and documentation as per internal controls, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported Support procurement, vendor onboarding, invoice verification, and expense management, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly processed and reported Work cross-functionally with Board, HR, Sales, and Operations for finance-related queries, providing timely and accurate financial information to support business decision-making Assist in improving financial and administrative processes and adopting best practices, ensuring that financial operations are efficient and effective
