Job Description Become the right hand of metrify’s CFO for all finance-related matters Set up and improve finance processes with the goal to automate them to the largest extent possible Establish management reporting processes, KPIs, and dashboards for MDs and investors Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making Assist in management decision making and tracking of financial business outcomes Collaborate with group finance departments (FP&A, Accounting) Qualifications Strong interest in finance; ambition to develop into a senior finance manager (e.g., CFO) over the course of a career Proven experience in finance organizations, corporate finance roles, or consulting Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and/or process design Hands-on, structured, autonomous, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment Excellent English; German highly beneficial Additional Information Work in Germany's first green unicorn and actively shape the solar energy revolution.
