Finance Associate - Growth & Fundraising | Johor Bahru, Malaysia | On-site | Adore Global Ops | Adore Global Ops is looking for a high-performance Finance Associate (Growth & Fundraising) to work directly with the founders on financial strategy, investor engagement, and scaling the business towards its next valuation milestone. This is not a routine finance role. You will be involved in real fundraising activities, financial planning, and strategic decision-making across Southeast Asia operations. Key Responsibilities Build financial models, projections, and scenario analysis Support development of investor pitch decks and fundraising materials Build and manage investor pipeline and outreach tracking Assist in identifying and qualifying potential investor leads Track and analyse business performance across multiple markets Support growth planning and funding strategy with founders Requirements Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia 2-5 years experience in finance, consulting, investment, or related fields Strong Excel / Google Sheets and financial modelling capability Analytical and structured thinking, comfortable working with numbers Strong interest in startups, venture capital, or fundraising High ownership, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For This role is suitable for someone who: Wants direct exposure to founders and strategic decision-making Is interested in real fundraising and investor engagement Is motivated to grow into Strategic Finance or leadership roles Enjoys working in a dynamic, early-stage environment Growth Opportunity Direct involvement in fundraising and company scaling Exposure to investor strategy and capital raising process Fast-track growth into Strategic Finance / FP&A roles High-impact role with visibility across the business
