Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our team! This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments and employee reimbursements, assisting with payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also contribute to data analysis and reporting, support financial audits, and collaborate closely with HR and other functional areas. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about accuracy, compliance, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you! This is a hybrid position with a requirement to work from our Cambridge, MA, office at least 2 times per week.

The Finance Associate will work under the supervision of the Director of Finance to support the ongoing growth and development of the finance team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under limited supervision to assist with financial reporting, processing, and audits, with the ability to problem-solve. Strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement are key qualities for success in this role.
