At the Flexibility Asset Division, we are operating and constantly looking at new assets that we believe we can operate efficiently, creating synergies with our existing positions. As a Finance Associate, you will work alongside the CEO and CFO of the Flexibility Asset Division, providing them with professional support, with primarily project and process management tasks. The position offers an excellent insight into the executive operation of the Division. Job Description Provide complex background support, follow up and deliver tasks defined by the CEO and CFO in line with professional and strategic priorities; Active participation in professional projects related to finance and controlling; Prepare ad hoc and regular executive reports, presentations to support decision making; Act as communication channel between the management and CEO of the division; inform the CEO of the status of ongoing projects and communicate on behalf of him in terms of requests and messages to the management; Coordinate internal processes to ensure the highest quality standard for documents submitted to the Asset Segment Board; Organize internal and external meetings for the CEO and CFO, prepare the meeting minutes when attending, and follow up the delivery of the agreed tasks within deadline; Act as project manager in case of delegated projects; Cooperate closely with divisional Investment Center finance teams (requires frequent travelling); Work together with other departments and conduct additional ad hoc tasks related to the activity of MET Group. Qualifications Master’s degree in finance or business; 2-4 years’ experience in top business consulting firm, investment bank or top energy business; Strong numerical and analytical skills; Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen, sense of time management, planning and organizing, judgement and analysis; Excellent communication and presentation capabilities as well as the ability to closely interact professionally with Senior Management members; Fluent English, any other European language is a plus; Advanced skills in MS Office (including highly developed proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint); Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, have high personal and professional integrity; Hands-on attitude with strong ability to cope with pressure.
