Oliver Winery, voted a Best Place to Work in Indiana, has an open opportunity for a Finance professional to join our team! This position serves as a key member of the Finance team. Key responsibilities include payable and credit card administration as well as additional office and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

Accounting, Credit Card & Payables

  • Performs weekly processing of invoices and payments for Accounts Payable
  • Reconciles company credit card expenses and receipts; oversees credit card limits and functions.
  • Handles new vendor set-up and oversees collection of necessary forms to include Certificates of Insurance, W9 and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Reconciles, records, and prepares bank deposits and change orders.
  • Tracking and reporting of certain financial metrics (KPI’s)
  • Ad hoc analysis of transactions or trend analysis
  • Research vendor spend history and questions about invoices
  • Assists with Monthly Close as needed.

Additional Office/Administrative Duties:

  • Performs daily review of wine (bond) removals.
  • Administer Oliver donations email account and collaborate with donations committee on responding to requests.
  • Review Accounts Receivable balances and follows up on past due amounts.
  • Handles mail distribution.
  • Answers phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Controller, HR Director or Executive Team.
