Street Diligence is looking for a Finance Associate to join our team. This role will be a remote-based, and will work with the CFO to prepare and automate various financial reports. This role will post and ensure proper classifications for all accounting transactions such as:

• Vendor Upload
• Accounts payable
• Accounts Receivable Invoices
• Cash Receipts
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Accrued Expenses
• Prepaid Expenses
• Accrued Interest
• Bank accounts (daily)
• Accrued Commissions
• Accrued Incentives
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Sales Tax Payable
• Ensure P&L by class is correctly posted
• Ensure employee expenses are correctly coded by account and class
• File monthly sales tax returns with appropriate states
• Publish accounting financial statements
