Position Summary:  The Arc is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to departments, projects, and/or directors. This role will apply basic and advanced clerical support or paraprofessional skills in procedures, processes and techniques appropriate for the position with the assigned functional area. Works under the direction and selection from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. The potential to move into a full-time position within about 9 months.  Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and clerical support to multiple departments, projects and/or directors * Models customer service and reinforces Person-Centered Practices and core values * Coordinate and track applications and recertifications for public assistance programs, including SNAP (food stamps) and Medical Assistance (redeterminations), ensuring timely and accurate submissions * Ability to multitask * Demonstrates a sensitivity to differences in culture and community standards in carrying out responsibilities * Perform representative payee (rep payee) duties as assigned * Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with organizational standards Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required  * Position requires lifting, transferring, and the ability to implement proper restraint techniques to ensure individual safety  * Minimum of 2 years of clerical/administrative experience required * Valid driver’s license along with 2 years of driving experience required and capable of safely transporting persons served * Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other computer software programs    #HP
