YOUR PROFILE

• Completed education in accounting/finance or university degree in finance/accounting
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting
• Strong attention to detail and interest in uncovering inconsistencies
• Structured, efficient, and independent way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
• Bonus: experience with tools such as DATEV, Bexio, Qonto or Personio

• Handle monthly finance routines (bookings, reconciliations, reporting) with clear but planable deadlines
• Prepare analyses and follow up on discrepancies – you like to get to the bottom of things
• Act as interface between our German and Swiss tax advisors: coordinate, communicate, structure
• Support in annual accounts, tax returns and audits
• Drive efficiency: streamline processes, push automation, create structure
