Finance & Bookkeeping Specialist (US & UK Entities) Remote | Full-Time | PH-Based | EST Working Hours Role Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Bookkeeping Specialist to support our financial operations across both our US C-Corp and UK Limited Company entities. This is a critical support role that involves managing day-to-day financial tasks, including cross-entity billing, collections, and employee time reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle bookkeeping for both US and UK entities using Xero Cross-charging and intercompany reconciliation between the US and UK Client invoicing and accounts receivable management Collections tracking and follow-ups Timesheet management, reconciliation and ensuring correct project allocations Employee lifecycle support (onboarding/offboarding) — nice to have Registering with US states when new employees are hired in that state (supporting HR compliance) Collaborate with external tax/accounting advisors in both jurisdictions Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping Proficient in Xero Experience managing books for both US C-Corp and UK Limited Company Strong knowledge of AP/AR, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Certifications AAT Level 4, ACCA (part qualified), or equivalent Certified Bookkeeper (CB) – US (from AIPB) – is a plus but not required Why You’ll Love This Role Work remotely while supporting a growing global organization.
