What You'll Do 50% Financial Planning, Budgeting, and forecasting Lead monthly and annual planning cycles, managing end-to-end EBIT and collection forecasting for the Commercial BU. Present budget, forecast, and outlook results to China finance leadership and BU management. Conduct weekly landing estimates during the month to ensure forecast accuracy and early identification of risks and opportunities. Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, clearly explaining key drivers and business impacts. 50% Business Partnership Deliver financial evaluations including profitability, ROI, and cash impact for add-hoc business request. Support financial assessment of new products, business models, and strategic business initiatives, facilitating data-driven decision making. Act as the primary finance focal point for the Commercial BU Sales team, addressing financial queries, clarifying performance results, and providing timely financial guidance to support day-to-day and strategic sales decisions. Manage and monitor customer collections, working collaboratively with sales and operations to reduce overdue receivables and enhance cash flow. Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
