Job Title Finance BP, EF&HT Consolidation Job Description About the role Your responsibilities: Sign off the financials of the commercial organization (ORU). Responsible for the strategic and operational planning process. Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, (turn key) project assessments and supportive in financing solutions. Responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans. Drive analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs (incl. Marcom spend). Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues. Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in coop. with Legal & HR. Contribute to regional and country Finance team to enhance performance Participate in finance and business management team and drive strategy development and financially sound business decision making with financial analysis, strategy modeling and portfolio management Participates with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives. Ensure divestments / investments and M&A transactions in the market, including disentanglement / integration. Ensure optimal funding and financial risk management and strong/efficient internal control environment We are looking for: As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Typically requires a minimum of 10 years and a Master’s degree. MBA background and oversea experience is a plus.
