Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive junior Customer Service Finance Representative to support our finance and customer service teams in resolving payment disputes and related financial queries. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of finance or accounting who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to develop core finance and dispute resolution skills while working in a supportive team environment, gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and real-world financial operations Responsibilities: Assist in the investigation and resolution of payment disputes, refund proofs and other related financial issues. Communicate with customers and financial institutions regarding the status and outcomes of disputes. Maintain accurate records of all disputes, including supporting documentation and resolution outcomes. Monitor dispute case queues and ensure timely follow-up and closure. Provide general administrative support to the Finance team as required. Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a finance or customer service role is a plus, but not required. Ability to commit to a full-time position
