We are currently seeking an Application Lodgement Officer (Finance Broker Assistant) to join our team working alongside our Senior Brokers in our modern Burnley office. As a member of our team, your contribution to our business will be integral to our success.

Your duties will include:

• Lodgement of loan applications
• Liaising with clients, sales teams, accountants, lenders, BDM’s and referrers on a daily basis
• Database/CRM management

Qualifications
To apply for this role, you MUST have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Finance or Mortgage Broking Industry and MUST have a passion for what you do.

Ideally, you will bring the following:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
• A willingness to learn and think outside the box.
• Strict adherence to all compliance measures and industry standards.
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive mindset, fostering a great team and customer experience.
