Job Description: In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only) Job Title: Finance Business Advisor, Associate Corporate Title: Associate Location: Pune, India Role Description Lead for Product management activities & Stakeholder management: Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of allocation charge to the finance systems and analyze the movements. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining, developing, and launching innovative financial products and solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients and the market. Preparation for Senior management reviews like QBRs, ICAP etc. Ensure standardization and streamlining of processes and implementation of governance framework around the same. Requirements Definition: Translate business requirements and client feedback into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Product Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization. Stakeholder Management & Communication (Core Focus): Proactively engage, influence, and manage relationships with a diverse set of internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and senior leadership. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels. Navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration to achieve product goals. Present product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executive-level audiences with confidence and clarity. Roadmap & Prioritization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource availability. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Your skills and experience 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, preferably within the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex product initiatives from conception to launch and beyond. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships across all organizational levels, including senior executives. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate market insights and data into actionable product strategies. Proficiency in defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory landscapes (e.g., payments, lending, capital markets, wealth management) is highly desirable. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
