  Our client, a leading ASX Listed Group is looking for a Business Analyst with previous finance transformation experience to join them and play a key role in their ERP implementation program.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong understanding of finance processes, CA/CPA qualification is desirable
• Experience working with SAP is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

• Work closely with stakeholders and business users to map the current state of the ERP system
• Write functional and non-functional specifications as well as future state process maps.
• Drive innovative solutions to ERP, data, and analytics challenges within the Finance team
• Work closely with the project team to define requirements, develop solutions, and design workflows
• Document as-is and to-be processes
• Facilitate workshops
