For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst.In this role, you will support several strategic initiatives that impact financial processes, payment flows and underlying data structures. You will assess the impact of these changes and translate complex information into clear current-state and target-state processes and data flows.You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Product, Data and Engineering.

• Your responsibilities:Perform impact assessments across financial processes, data and systems.
• Map current-state and target-state end-to-end processes and data flows.
• Identify impacted systems, interfaces, datasets, master data and financial flows.
• Define target processes that meet business, system and control requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering and Data.
• Translate findings into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and implementation stories.
• Identify dependencies, risks and open questions and drive these towards resolution.

• Your profile:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Finance Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with financial processes and systems.
• Experience with impact assessments and current-state / target-state design.
• Understanding of financial flows such as accounting entries, settlement, reconciliation and reporting.
• Able to bridge the gap between Finance, business and technology.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
• Experience within Financial Services is a plus.
