Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst (FBA) with deep financial domain expertise to support enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation initiatives. The role focuses on business analysis, requirements management, functional design alignment, and testing support across complex finance and data transformation programs. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate finance business needs into clear, actionable system requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists and Finance stakeholders to elicit, review, and validate business and functional requirements. Analyze current (“as-is”) and define future (“to-be”) business and operational processes based on agreed requirements. Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with enterprise finance and business objectives. Perform impact assessments and effort estimations for change requests and enhancements. Monitor and manage requirements-related risks, issues, and scope creep, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Functional Design & Solution Alignment Transition approved requirements to System Analysts and technical teams, ensuring clarity, completeness, and consistency. Support solution design discussions to ensure alignment with finance processes, budgeting, and consolidation requirements. Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design. Testing & Validation Review and validate test plans and functional test scopes prepared by the testing team. Actively support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist with defect prioritization, tracking, resolution, and retesting, ensuring business requirements are fully met. Experience and Skills 15+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong delivery experience in finance-related programs. Sound knowledge of Finance, including enterprise budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial consolidation. Proven experience working with financial systems, data platforms, and reporting solutions. Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, documentation, and executive reporting. Solid understanding of change management and project management fundamentals. Strong team player with leadership capabilities, able to drive collaboration across business and technology teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships. Confident presenter, capable of explaining complex financial and technical concepts clearly. Passionate, detail-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to work through ambiguity and deliver under pressure.
