Description

DP World is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to support the Manager – Financial Planning in delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights that inform tactical and strategic decision-making. This role involves supporting planning and forecasting activities, analysing financial performance, and translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key commercial and operational performance metrics. * Deliver financial and operational analysis, identifying cost drivers, margin trends, and improvement opportunities. * Provide clear insights and commentary on results, variances, and forecasts for business stakeholders. * Prepare analysis for performance reviews and decision-making forums, translating data into actionable recommendations. * Develop pricing models and support cost allocation frameworks across business units. * Assist with budgeting and rolling forecasts, including assumptions and financial analysis. * Provide ad hoc analysis and partner with teams across the business to support informed decision-making. * Drive continuous improvement through data-led analysis and collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. Qualifications, Experience and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in data science, IT, Finance, or a related field. * At least three years’ experience of developing and maintaining dashboards, preferably using Power BI and Power Query. * Experience working within FP&A teams in large global businesses * Intermediate understanding of logistics and supply chain processes; familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities; excellent commercial/business understanding; attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in team environments.
