The Role:
To support the migration of a group of entities to an established ERP system

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with general administration, data input and cleansing, across a multitude of departments and datasets.
• Cleanse, and maintain, the data and ensure alignment with related party already operating on the ERP system.
• Carrying out testing and review of data, documenting results and changes in accordance with requirements of internal controls.
• Map current systems to new chart of accounts.
• Understand how information flows across the business impact finance and work with key users and wider ERP project team to identify and resolve/prevent issues.

Who are we looking for?
You will need strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and data maintenance along with being self-motivated, reliable and mature.
You will have integrity and welcome accountability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Part qualified or a Chartered Accountant – you will have experience of data cleanse and systems migration.
• You will have a good history of practical accounting and finance experience.
• A history of systems migration and ERP implementation with prior experience in the energy sector a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, experience with SAGE or IFS system is an added advantage.
• Conversant with accounting standards, Companies Act 2016 and other regulatory compliance requirements.
