About the role
We’re currently seeking an experienced Finance Business Manager based at our Derrimut branch. This customer-focused role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and wants to advance their finance career with a trusted leader in commercial vehicle solutions. We proudly represent top commercial brands (MACK, Volvo and UD) and offer tailored finance solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Assist customers in securing finance and insurance for truck and bus purchases
  • Support sales teams with prospecting to identify new customer opportunities
  • Present tailored finance solutions aligned with customer business needs
  • Accurately process finance applications, ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with sales teams across multiple branches to ensure finance targets are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new finance providers
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including networking and event participation
  • Report regularly on finance pipeline activity, application volumes, and forecasts
  • Monitor market and economic trends to inform finance strategy and product offerings
  • Track and analyse finance application performance to support decision-making

We are looking for someone who has…

  • Proven experience in vehicle or commercial finance, or a similar sales/finance role
  • Strong mathematical and finance skills
  • Strong knowledge of finance products
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail to ensure all financial compliance requirements are met
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills to help customers find a good deal that fits their financial situation
  • Confidence working independently in a target-driven environment
  • Flexibility to travel across Victoria as required
  • Drivers Licence
