ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial insight and performance support across our Trading, Sales, Operations, and Inventory functions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with business leaders to drive profitability, enhance decision-making, and deliver meaningful financial analysis that supports long-term growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead financial planning and performance management across Trading, Sales, Operations, and Inventory.
• Prepare monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets, ensuring they align with business objectives and market trends.
• Support the creation of our 5-year strategic financial plan, working cross-functionally to produce robust, data-driven projections.
• Perform detailed scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform commercial strategies and investment decisions.
• Partner with the Supply Chain team to monitor live asset sales, cost profiles, and inventory valuation.
• Provide clear variance analysis, performance commentary, and actionable insights for month-end reporting and board materials.
• Champion financial literacy across the business, helping stakeholders make data-informed decisions.
• Maintain project performance reporting and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
