Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Financial Business Partner in the Finance Department to join us in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.

SUMMARY:

In this role, you will act as the Financial lead for After-sales operations across the UK and EU markets. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate financial information to support operational decision-making and business performance.
On a daily basis, you will lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across After Sales. You will work closely with departments across the business and provide strategic financial insight into warranty management, inventory, pricing, campaigns, and dealer-related transactions.
You’ll be supported by our central Finance team in Amsterdam and report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver monthly expense accruals, actual revenue & cost reconciliations, and performance analysis
  • Consolidate monthly budgets and forecasts, explain variances, and control opex/capex.
  • Reconcile and manage monthly inventory including inbound/outbound stock and SOX-compliant reporting
  • Support warranty accruals, claims reconciliation, consumption analysis, and campaign finance activities
  • Contribute to the annual warranty accrual review and approval process
  • Coordinate yearly pricing strategy for parts and accessories, including transfer pricing approvals
  • Manage related-party transactions including warranty recharges, invoicing, and payments
  • Monitor dealer credit limits and analyse financial exposure
  • Support internal and external audits, SOX, and internal control processes
  • Provide ad hoc support such as system UAT, urgent dealer parts shipments, and SAP reconciliations.
