ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in our cost-out program, specifically across IT, Marketing, Store Services, and Finance (shared services). You’ll be instrumental in driving efficiency, evaluating capital expenditure, and providing critical financial insights that shape strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Cost Optimization: Drive and deliver significant cost of doing business (CODB) savings across shared services and brands by identifying operational efficiencies and assessing spend areas for impactful results.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with executive leadership and diverse stakeholders, leveraging your financial expertise to optimize business opportunities, mitigate risks, and guide informed decisions.
  • Evaluate Capex Initiatives: Assess the financial viability of capital expenditure projects, providing strategic guidance to ensure optimal business outcomes.
  • Refine Financial Forecasting: Contribute to the forecasting process for support functions (IT, Marketing, Store Development, Finance) and Capex, providing precise, actionable insights and establishing a structured, collaborative timetable.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) to evaluate project outcomes, identify learning opportunities, and refine future business strategies.
  • Translate Data into Insights: Use advanced data analysis and visualization to transform complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Foster Financial Excellence: Contribute to a learning environment within the finance department, supporting the upskilling of the team.
