Job title : Finance Business Partner
Reporting to : Finance Planning & Analysis Lead - GPO

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

  1. Handle the financial planning and forecasting process throughout the year to ensure alignment with the total business planning processes and to ensure expectations are met and deliverables are executed in a timely manner. Be a key point of contact for the regional and global reporting and FP&A team related to finance planning and forecasting.
  2. Manage the operational process of the global procurement benefit methodology, which provides transparent evaluation of the procurement function values creation. Cooperate with regional procurement finance business partners in order to standardize all the processes related to the methodology.
  3. Partner with Global procurement excellence & operations team to globally manage procurement benefits reporting, and process improvement.
  4. Provide financial governance on global procurement fixed cost
  5. Review actual financial performance with functional heads/managers to understand drivers of performance and ensure any risks and opportunities are identified and communicated early to relevant stakeholders with interventions/action plans put in place.
  6. Manage the operational process of Global procurement fees cross-charging mechanism.
  7. Develop and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to enable open and honest business discussions.
  8. Seek continuous improvement in ways of working and align best practice across the team in conjunction with other finance business partners. Proactively work with peers to identify and implement efficiencies.
  9. Provide finance support for selected key projects

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

  • University degree, preferably in Business related field
  • 10+ years of professional business experience preferably in international FMCG industry
  • Previous experience Finance Business Partnering, or similar type of role required
  • Working knowledge of International Accounting Standards
  • Proficiency in English
Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis and generate insights to support the procurement function in delivery of its financial objectives and performance. Manage the operational process of the global procurement benefit methodology. Constructively challenge the ambition and viability of procurement strategy and generate insightful analysis in order to increase the total procurement benefits deliveries. Provide financial input of the procurement function into the long-term regional and global strategic financial business plans, the annual budgets, and any other forecasts. Partnering with external accounting services team in order to deliver the comprehensive local statutory accounting statements of GPO office entity and all the group finance reporting requirements. Support the FP&A Lead - GPO in key projects.
