Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance and strategic insight across our direct-to-consumer (B2C) products: ReadCube, Overleaf, and Writefull. These platforms serve a global user base of students, researchers, and professionals—delivering intuitive, high-value tools in the digital research workflow.
This role is at the intersection of finance, strategy, and product. You’ll be responsible for optimizing our subscription economics, supporting decision-making with deep financial insights, and partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to fuel sustainable growth.
Please be aware that we may close this position early if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply promptly.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, or revenue ops—ideally in B2C SaaS, EdTech, or digital subscription models
  • Deep understanding of digital customer lifecycles, user behavior, and funnel dynamics
  • Strong modeling, forecasting, and storytelling skills
  • Fluency with tools like Power BI, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Anaplan, Google Analytics or other similar tools
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and product leaders
  • A collaborative, agile mindset with excellent communication skills
Not sure you meet all qualifications? Let us decide! Research shows that women and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when in fact, they often do! We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.
