Key responsibilities:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the Halle site.

• Monitoring performance against budget and previous year's results, and identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

• Analyzing production costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead costs, and general administrative costs.

• Supporting cost optimization initiatives within operations and supply chain.

• Collaborating with Supply Chain, Pricing, and Operations teams to improve profitability and efficiency.

• Managing inventory, spare parts, CAPEX, provisions, and accounts payable to optimize cash flow and liquidity.

• Preparing financial reports, analyses, and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Developing and monitoring KPIs, BPIs, and other financial performance indicators.

• Supporting investment analyses, business cases, and ROI evaluations.

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.

• Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring the timely completion of findings.

• Leading continuous improvement projects in the areas of costing, inventory management, data quality, and operational performance.

• Supporting make-or-buy analyses and outsourcing evaluations.

• Collaborating with commercial and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

• Supporting the execution of performance improvement programs at the site and cluster levels.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 4 to 6 years (or more) of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, or a similar financial role within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience within a multinational organization, preferably in the food industry or B2B sector.

• Strong insight into manufacturing finance, operational excellence, controlling, and supply chain finance.

• Experience collaborating with site management and senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to constructively challenge, influence, and drive change.

• Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.

• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
