FTC 14 MONTHS (MATERNITY COVER) | START IN SUMMER 2025 | LOCATED IN STOKE OR HULL

Are you a hands-on finance professional with a passion for manufacturing? Do you enjoy improving financial processes and making numbers meaningful to the wider business?
We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner (or experienced Management Accountant) to join our dedicated and lovely team in Stoke and play a key role in supporting our financial performance and operational decision-making.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in both day-to-day reporting and deeper cost analysis, including product costings, rebate management, and process improvements using SAP.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or strong QBE
• Solid background in management accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong SAP or ERP systems experience
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach

  This role can be located in Stoke or Hull. There may be some travel between the sites and candidates would need to be able to drive. • Supporting daily, weekly, and month-end reporting for our Stoke site
• Managing and improving customer rebate processes
• Working with operations on product costings and manufacturing analysis
• Helping to improve our SAP finance processes and reporting tools
• Supporting month-end accounting, variance analysis and stakeholder insight
• Collaborating with teams in Stoke and Hull (travel approx. once or twice a month)
