We are seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join our growing team at Glanmore Foods. This influential position provides financial and commercial support to our operations, working closely with various departments to enhance service levels, improve cost-effectiveness, and drive commercial success.
Through effective business partnering, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights, supporting key decision-making processes, and ensuring financial strategies align with business objectives. The role demands a deep understanding of large-scale operations and strong commercial acumen to lead initiatives that add value to the business. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the timely trading of revenue and costs within the accounting period.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial needs and challenges.
  • Develop KPIs with the finance team and ensure focus on metrics driving profitable growth.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning with strategic goals, and report on variances with corrective recommendations.
  • Provide financial analysis and modelling to support business strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and track KPIs, providing performance updates and insights to senior management.
  • Oversee the balance sheet, identify financial risks, and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance function and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Promote working capital improvements through timely contract billing and active debt management.
  • Lead team engagement and development, ensuring succession and development plans are regularly updated.
