Description
We ate looking for a new Finance Business Partner to join our Group Finance department and sit in the Finance Business Partnering team supporting our COO and Business Units.  The role reports to the Finance Business Partner Manager and works closely with business unit leaders, country CFOs, and operational teams to ensure alignment between financial performance, operational delivery, and strategic priorities. The position plays a key role in translating group-wide frameworks and standards into practical financial management and execution, ensuring consistency while supporting local delivery The Finance Business Partner is responsible for: * Financial Performance & Follow-up 1. Support and monitor financial performance (revenue, gross margin, cost base and profitability) for the assigned business area 2. Contribute to ensuring business area meets financial targets and budget expectations 3. Provide regular performance insights and variance analysis * Planning, Forecasting & Governance 1. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the business area 2. Ensure alignment with group standards and frameworks for reporting and planning 3. Contribute to governance of sales pipeline, resource planning, and cost management * Commercial Support 1. Support development and application of pricing models and commercial frameworks 2. Provide financial input to pre-sales, offers, and business cases 3. Help ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and profitability objectives * Operational Finance & Execution 1. Support day-to-day financial operations of the business area 2. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with group requirements 3. Drive consistency in use of financial systems, tools, and processes * Standardization & “One Conscia” 1. Implement group-defined financial models, KPIs, and reporting structures 2. Support standardization across countries while maintaining local accountability 3. Contribute to improved transparency, comparability, and scalability   * have experience from similar role and responsibilities * be structured and result-oriented with strong execution capability * have strong business acumen and commercial   mindset * operate in a complex, multi-country organization * be analytical and data-driven decision maker and use of AI * be a strong communicator and enjoy stakeholder management skills * have the ability to drive change and standardization across business unit finance setups
