Finance Business Partner (Controlling expert) Scope of the position: MOL Group was awarded a 35-year concession for Hungary’s waste management services. MOHU (part of MOL Group) has been established in order to manage these activities and started its operation in July 2023. In line with MOL Group 2030+ strategic goal, the company is committed to be a key player in the circular economy in CEE region. MOL will be responsible in the frame of the concession of the waste collection from households and businesses in Hungary. The company will organize the pre-treatment and treatment operations necessary to meet the strict waste management and recycling targets of the European Union. MOHU’s Finance team is responsible for setting up and operating the full range of financial processes necessary for the company operation. You will have the possibility to keep your finger on the pulse of business as well as shape the future of MOHU. Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact from Finance organization for multiple stakeholders across Business operation Support Business areas in various optimisation and other projects by providing a financial view point, calculating their feasibility, and evaluating their implementation Prepare decision making materials for the management of MOHU and MOL Group as well Prepare reports for MOL Group mainly regarding investor relations reports about the Circular Economy services, sustainable finance reports, risk analysis, etc. Prepare EBITDA and cash flow forecasts and analyse deviations from actual figures with MOHU Central Controlling colleagues Requirements: University/college degree in finance or economics Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, consulting experience is an advantage System- and process-oriented approach, having high standards for getting to know processes in full details Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Confident use of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint knowledge) Fluency in business English, confident and clear verbal and written communication skillset What we offer: Permanent position The opportunity to transform the waste management industry in Hungary and support the transition to circular economy High quality, creative, complex work as part of a professional team Competitive benefits package Development opportunities through external/internal training Professional advancement within MOL Group At MOL Group, we know that our strength lies in diversity.
