A Day in the Life: Join our Brisbane office full-time, where every day blends teamwork, impact, and independent focus. Here’s a snapshot of your day: Prepare and review month-end transactions, journals, and financial reporting. Analyse variances and provide clear insights on month-end results. Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with business leaders and Exco to shape financial plans and oversee cost centre budgets. Advise on finance-related queries, including HR/payroll queries and special projects. Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and financial decision-making. Your Strengths: Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or related field; CA/CPA qualified or in progress. Previous experience in commercial finance or business partnering roles. Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models (P&L and Balance Sheet). Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and support business decisions. Excellent attention to detail with strong workflow and time management skills. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
