Reporting to the Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis, this role is your opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our operations and leadership teams, helping steer strategic decisions, drive profitability and unlock new growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a key player in our finance team, you’ll be at the heart of decision-making, partnering with senior leaders to:

• Influence Strategy: Deliver sharp financial insights and monthly P&L analysis that drive smarter, faster decisions.
• Lead Planning: Collaborate with operations leaders to develop annual budgets and forecasts that align with our bold business goals.
• Spot Opportunities: Monitor performance, uncover trends, and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Tell the Story: Provide clear, compelling reports and dashboards that bring numbers to life.
• Model the Future: Use financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate new initiatives and investments.
